Question 1

What can I use Theorem© for?

Accepted Answer

Theorem© helps you assess an area when opening a business, choosing premises or researching the local context of an investment. It brings population, competition and territorial data together in a report for businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals.

Question 2

Can I analyse a business that is already open?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can use Theorem© to understand an existing business’s catchment area, competitors and local context. Enter its address and name when configuring the analysis: once the match is verified, the business is excluded from the competitors and points of interest used in the score.

Question 3

How does an analysis work?

Accepted Answer

Choose a location, business category and area to analyse. Select the modules you need and review the quote in credits. Once you confirm, Theorem© processes the analysis and makes the results available in your account.

Question 4

What do I receive when the analysis is complete?

Accepted Answer

A report with maps, indicators and a summary of the results, based on your selected modules. You can view it in your account, download it as a PDF and export the available data to Excel.

Question 5

Can I share the report with business partners, consultants or clients?

Accepted Answer

If you would like to share the report with business partners, consultants or clients, contact us before proceeding. We assess each case and work with you to find the solution that best fits your needs.

Question 6

How much does an analysis cost?

Accepted Answer

Each analysis has a cost in credits, calculated from the area and selected modules. You see the quote before starting it. Credit top-ups start at €99.00 + VAT for 1,000 credits. This is the top-up price; the number of analyses you can run depends on their configurations.

Question 7

Do I need a subscription?

Accepted Answer

You can buy a credit top-up without taking out a subscription. If you use Theorem© regularly, plans with credits delivered periodically and dedicated benefits are also available. Before purchasing, you can compare prices, credit delivery schedules and renewal terms.

Question 8

What does the free demo include?

Accepted Answer

The free demo is a 30-minute meeting with our team. We show you how Theorem© works, analyse your area and give you the resulting report to keep and consult after the meeting. Choose a slot on the booking page to take part.

Question 9

Which analyses can I include in the report?

Accepted Answer

The base includes demographics, competitors and a summary of the results. You can add points of interest, the competitors' reviews and opening hours, estimated pedestrian passages, routes, commercial property listings, ESG indicators, weather and demographic history. The configurator shows the available modules and how they affect the cost.

Question 10

Can I add information to an analysis I have already purchased?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open the analysis and use Edit analysis to add available modules. You see the quote in credits before confirming. The addition creates a new report version, and previous versions remain available to view.

Question 11

How do I choose the area to analyse?

Accepted Answer

Start with an address or a point on the map, then choose a travel time and an available travel mode. The catchment follows the area reachable from that point and may have a different shape from a simple circle. Changing the catchment can change the data included and the analysis cost.

Question 12

Can I compare two or more locations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In My analyses, select 2 to 4 completed analyses of the same business category to compare their indicators and results side by side. For a meaningful comparison, use consistent modules and catchment criteria across locations. Missing data for a location should be distinguished from values of zero.

Question 13

Where does the data come from, and how up to date is it?

Accepted Answer

We use statistical, geographic and territorial sources, including ISTAT, Eurostat and OpenStreetMap. Each source has its own update schedule and level of detail: municipal data, for example, describes a wider area than a single street. The Data sources page provides information about the origins of the data used.

Question 14

What happens if some data is missing for my area?

Accepted Answer

Data availability and detail can vary between areas. Missing data does not mean zero: finding no property listings, for example, does not prove that no premises are available nearby. If the configurator flags an unavailable module, you can change the configuration. For coverage questions, contact us with the area and the purpose of your analysis.

Question 15

Are pedestrian passages measured on site?

Accepted Answer

The pedestrian passages module provides estimates produced from the data and models available for the area. These estimates help you understand local flows and should be read alongside the characteristics of the location and observations on the ground. The reported value is not an on-site count outside your premises.

Question 16

How long does it take to receive the report?

Accepted Answer

Processing generally takes a few minutes. The actual time varies with the area, selected modules and system load. You can follow the analysis status in your account.

Question 17

How should I interpret the results, and what role does AI play?

Accepted Answer

Read indicators and scores alongside their sources, coverage and local context. Artificial intelligence helps turn the report’s evidence into a clear summary. The results support your assessment; they are not a certain prediction of customers, revenue or business success.

Question 18

Can I request a custom analysis?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If the available configuration does not cover your project, contact us with the decision you need to make, the area and the results you need. We assess feasibility and provide a dedicated quote.

Question 19

How can I get help?

Accepted Answer

Email info@pythagor.it or use the form on the Contact page. If your request concerns an analysis you have already started, include its name or identifier and describe the issue. Our team responds on business days.
